This dataset is a collection of NZ Hydrographic Authority vector layers at the Approach (1:22k – 1:90k) scale, and has been designed to allow you to quickly view and download this collection of related layers.

NZ Hydrographic Authority vector datasets are available for layers covering the Overview, General, Coastal, Approach, and Harbour scale bands, which range from 1:4000 scale to greater than 1:1,500,000 scale. Sets of all Chart images are also available. See all available Hydrographic Sets.

THIS DATA DOES NOT REPLACE NAUTICAL CHARTS AND MUST NOT BE USED FOR NAVIGATION.

Note: This set contains layers at a variety of scales. Use of LDS web feature services for this set is not recommended as the scaled layers overlap.
