Please read: This table is part of the comprehensive Full Landonline Dataset and is designed for use only by data professionals who require the complex version of our property ownership and boundary data for advanced uses.
This table contains detailed information about changes to Landonline coordinates, and how accurate they are. This can be combined with data in other tables to assess the likely reliability of coordinates by providing details of the adjustment date, connections to geodetic control and amount the coordinates changed by at each adjustment.
Please refer to the LDS Full Landonline Data Dictionary and Models for detailed metadata about this table.

Please read: This is the Address Range Road table and is part of the set of NZ Roads tables. The Address Range Road table provides an identifier that groups one or more Road Sections that have a non-standard address range. This currently includes roads that consist of multiple address ranges. The address range values are not held or provided as part of this dataset.
The NZ Roads dataset includes eight data tables and eleven lookup tables. The dataset has been sourced from LINZ’s NZ Roads database, a database for the management of national roads, including those managed for addressing purposes. This set of normalised tables replaces the Landonline: Road Centre Line layer and the Landonline: Road Name and Landonline: Road Name Association tables currently published on LDS.
These centrelines are required to indicate the presence of an authoritative road name. Named centrelines are not intended to represent the exact location of a road formation. Named centrelines do not indicate the presence of legal access.
For a simplified version of the data contained within these tables see NZ Roads (Addressing), which aggregates geometries based on road name, and NZ Roads Subsections (Addressing), which holds the individual geometries.
Please refer to the NZ Roads Data Dictionary for detailed metadata and information about this layer.

The NZ Localities: Major Locality Alias table is part of the Fire and Emergency NZ Localities dataset.
The Major Locality Alias table includes alternative/alias/adjacent polygons names for Major Localities
The Fire and Emergency NZ Localities dataset is used by Fire and Emergency New Zealand for locating and responding to emergencies within New Zealand. Coverage includes the New Zealand mainland, Stewart Island/Rakiura and offshore islands, as well as lakes and inland islands.
It is maintained by Fire and Emergency New Zealand and has been made available via the LINZ Data Service as part of LINZ’s key datasets for resilience and climate change programme.
For detailed metadata about this dataset, see the Fire and Emergency NZ Localities Data Dictionary.

This table records the sequence of lines that define a PRI "Parcel Ring". In the sequence, a line may or may not be reversed in order for the line to connect to the next line in terms of end nodes. The sequence begins at 1 and is incremented by 1. If the line sequence is a ring (as specified in PRI), the start and end nodes of the sequence must be the same, after the reverse flag has been applied to all lines in the sequence. Not all line sequences for a parcel ring are actually rings, however, as in the case of easement and walkway centreline parcels (i.e. parcels with a topology class of type "LINE"). For polygonal parcels (i.e. rings), the area occupied by the parcel must be on the right-hand side of the boundary at all times; this means that exterior rings will be defined in a clockwise direction (as specified by the coordinates of the nodes/vertices of the lines after reverse flag is applied), whereas interior rings will be defined in an anti-clockwise direction.

Survey provides details that identify the type of survey, the purpose, and who is involved with giving authorization, preparation and taking responsibility for Work when it is lodged with Land Information NZ. For example : The Surveyor who generates a survey dataset is responsible for the accuracy, definition and completeness and provides the details of the purpose for carrying out the work.
